Exp.: Minimum 1 Years in plating operations
Must have the knowledge of the followings
- Equipment Setup: Calibrate dials, set equipment guides, and adjust current/voltage to control the exact flow and speed of the plating process.
- Material Preparation: Clean, degrease, and rinse workpieces in preparation for the plating or galvanizing process.
- Chemical Management: Mix, test, and maintain the chemical composition and temperature of the plating baths and solutions..
