Job Title: Billing & Order Entry Executive

About the Role
We are a wholesale trading business dealing in ropes, mats and Tarpaulins,. We are looking for a careful and reliable person to handle billing, invoicing, and order entry in Tally Prime.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter sales and purchase orders in Tally Prime
- Generate GST invoices and e-way bills for dispatches
- Maintain customer ledgers and payment records
- Follow up on outstanding payments
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to match invoices with dispatched goods
- File delivery challans, purchase bills, and billing documents
Requirements
- Hands-on knowledge of Tally Prime (mandatory)
- Understanding of GST invoicing and basic accounting
- Good accuracy and attention to detail in data entry
- Basic MS Excel knowledge
- Tamil fluency required; basic English is a plus
- Prior experience in trading or wholesale business preferred
Education
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent. Tally-certified candidates preferred. People from Tally training institutes with practical knowledge are welcome.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
