Brief Job Description
- Oversee the planning and scheduling of all production activities within the PEB division.
- Ensure that production targets are met on time and within budget.
- Monitor and control materials inventory to ensure the continuous flow of production.
- Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, and other operational reports, to detect production problems.
- Coordinate with sales, design, and procurement teams to align production with customer orders and capacity.
- Analyze production data and implement improvements in production efficiency.
- Develop and manage the production budget and ensure cost-effective production.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Regularly report to the Directors on production activities and performance.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a PPC Manager or similar role in the PEB industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of production planning and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficient in production planning software and other relevant computer applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills.
