We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships. The candidate will play a key role in expanding the customer base and achieving revenue targets.This role offers attractive performance-based incentives in addition to fixed salary.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions.
In this role, the candidate will be responsible for handling parent enquiries, driving admissions for our Early Learning Centre, and promoting our programs and products to schools and institutional clients, while building and maintaining long-term relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients (parents and schools) and generate new business leads
- Reach out to prospective clients and present programs and solutions
- Handle enquiries and convert leads into admissions and business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and school partners
- Maintain records of activities and coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery
