About the Role
We are seeking energetic and ambitious BBA/MBA freshers to join our growing real estate team as Sales Manager. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in sales, client relationship management, and real estate consulting while working with premium residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
- Connect with prospective clients to understand their property requirements.
- Schedule and conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing clients.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide end-to-end assistance during the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and transaction closure.
- Stay updated on market trends, property inventory, and competitor activities.
