Job Summary:
I Popular Mega Motors is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with customers, understanding their automotive needs, and providing excellent service to drive vehicle sales. If you have a passion for automobiles and a strong flair for customer engagement, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:
- Greet walk-in customers and build strong relationships.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and finance options.
- Sales Process Management:
- Conduct test drives and explain features, benefits, and technical specifications of vehicles.
- Close sales efficiently, ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed.
- Lead Generation & Follow-Up:
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, digital platforms, and customer referrals.
- Maintain a robust follow-up system for prospects and existing customers.
- Market & Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on latest models, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Attend regular training sessions and product briefings.
- Achieving Sales Targets:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Contribute to overall dealership growth and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 0-3 years of experience in automotive or retail sales (freshers with passion for sales can also apply).
- Bachelor's degree preferred; higher secondary or diploma holders with strong experience will be considered.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM usage).
- Valid driving license (mandatory).
