CIMERO Footwear is hiring RSM / ASM for dealer-distributor sales expansion across Haryana, Punjab, Jammu, Himachal, Kashmir, Rajasthan, MP, UP, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra and Gujarat.
The candidate must have footwear sales experience, dealer-distributor network, market working ability and payment follow-up discipline.
Responsibilities
- Appoint new distributors in assigned territory
- Develop dealer and wholesale market
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Manage and guide Sales Officers
- Visit markets regularly
- Support Dealers for Secondary Sales
- Follow up for payment and collections
- Share competitor and product feedback
- Submit daily/weekly sales and visit reports
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years footwear sales experience
- Dealer-distributor sales exposure required
- Minimum education: 12th pass
- Strong market knowledge
- Ready for regular travel
- Good payment follow-up and collection discipline
