Job Summary :
Luminar Technolab is looking for a dedicated and professional Placement Officer to support student placement activities and build strong relationships with companies and recruiters.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact companies and HR departments regarding job vacancies and placement opportunities.
Build and maintain good relationships with recruiters and corporate partners.
Coordinate placement drives, interviews, and recruitment activities.
Assist students with placement support and career guidance.
Requirements :
Prefer candidates with experience in placement assistance or educational institution experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle corporate communication professionally.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and placement processes.
Salary:
Salary will be based on experience and performance.
