We’re hiring a data-driven and strategic Performance Marketing Consultant to help businesses scale through high-performing digital campaigns, lead generation, and ROI-focused marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and optimize Google & Meta ad campaigns
- Develop lead generation and conversion-focused marketing strategies
- Analyze campaign performance and improve ROI & CPL
- Create audience targeting, funnel, and landing page strategies
- Coordinate with creative and sales teams for campaign execution
- Provide clients with performance insights and growth recommendations
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and paid advertising
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads & Analytics tools
- Excellent communication and consulting skills
- Analytical mindset with strategic problem-solving abilities
