Main Roles & Responsibilities
- Branch Operations: Manage daily operations, trading activities, client servicing, and compliance.
- Team Leadership: Lead staff, set targets, monitor performance, and train employees.
- Business Development: Drive sales, acquire clients, and grow brokerage revenue.
- Client Management: Maintain relationships, resolve issues, and improve retention.
- Market Support: Provide product guidance and track market opportunities.
- Business Expansion: Develop local marketing, referrals, and partnerships.
- Reporting: Prepare MIS, track performance, and monitor profitability.
