This role exists to provide expert-level SAP FICO consulting services with a focus on end-to-end implementations, support, and AMS projects, particularly within the manufacturing and steel industry. The consultant is responsible for driving successful project delivery, ensuring seamless integration across SAP modules, and providing strategic financial process solutions in multi-country and S/4HANA environments.

Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators)
1. Process Optimization: Leverage SAP FICO expertise to implement and optimize financial and controlling processes in end-to-end SAP projects.
2. Project Leadership: Lead and contribute to multiple SAP FICO implementations, including at least 5 end-to-end projects and 2 S/4HANA projects, ensuring adherence to project methodology and timelines.
3. Cross-Module Integration: Ensure strong integration of FI with MM, SD, and PP modules to support end-to-end business processes.
4. Industry-Specific Solutions: Deliver tailored SAP FICO solutions for the Steel and Manufacturing industries, including GST compliance and multi-country configurations.
5. Support and AMS Delivery: Provide ongoing support and manage application management services (AMS) for SAP FICO environments.
6. Financial Reporting: Implement and support SAP Finance reporting tools to enable accurate and timely financial insights.
7. Project Governance: Manage project deliverables, timelines, estimates/budget, and status monitoring across multiple client engagements.
8. Team Collaboration and Leadership: Lead meetings, facilitate decision-making, and work effectively within large teams across geographies.
Critical Tasks (Key Activities)
1. Configure and support SAP FICO modules including GL, AP, AA, Fixed Assets, and Consolidation.
2. Implement and support controlling sub-modules: Product Costing, CCA, PCA, COPA, and internal orders.
3. Debug technical issues and write queries for data analysis and resolution.
4. Work in multi-country SAP environments with global configuration and compliance requirements.
5. Apply SAP Agile and Activate Methodologies during implementation projects.
6. Create project timelines, estimates, and budgets.
7. Monitor project status and report progress to stakeholders.
8. Conduct meetings with clients and team members to gather requirements and resolve issues.
9. Present findings and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate FI with MM, SD, and PP modules.
11. Ensure compliance with GST regulations in financial configurations.
12. Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business requirements.

MBA/CA/Bcom/Mcom/CFA
Certifications:
SAP FICO certification preferred
Relevant Experience
10+ years of SAP experience in SAP FICO Module with 5 End to End implementations, including 2 S4HANA projects. Experience in Support and AMS Projects. Experience in Steel and Manufacturing industry. Experience in multi-country SAP environment. Experience in SAP Central Finance and S/4HANA.
