We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our solar business team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting solar solutions, conducting site visits, and converting leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in direct customer interaction, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities1. Field Sales & Lead Generation
- Visit residential, commercial, and business locations to generate solar sales opportunities.
- Meet potential customers directly and explain the benefits of solar energy systems.
- Convert leads into confirmed sales through effective communication and relationship building.
- Conduct area-based marketing and field promotions.
2. Customer Consultation
- Understand customer power requirements and suggest suitable solar solutions.
- Explain product features, pricing, savings, subsidy details, and installation process.
- Build customer trust through professional consultation and follow-up.
3. Site Visits & Basic Assessment
- Conduct preliminary site inspections for solar installation feasibility.
- Capture basic site details, roof photos, EB bill details, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the technical team for detailed project evaluation.
4. Sales Follow-Up & Closure
- Regularly follow up with interested customers until deal closure.
- Coordinate with office staff for quotation, documentation, and project processing.
- Maintain strong after-sales communication with customers.
5. Reporting & CRM Updates
- Update daily sales activity and lead status in Bitrix24.
