Prithvi Developers is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Site Supervisor to oversee on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with approved plans and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with construction standards and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and suppliers for smooth site operations.
- Track project progress and report updates to senior management.
- Ensure timely availability and proper utilization of materials, tools, and equipments.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control.
- Resolve on-site issues and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in site supervision (preferred).
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
- Basic knowledge of site documentation and reporting.
- Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle site responsibilities effectively.
