We are looking for an experienced conference professional to take strategic ownership of Tradepass' B2B events portfolio. This role goes beyond producing individual events — you will set the content direction, lead a team of producers, and work closely with commercial and marketing teams to grow our technology events business globally. Suited to someone with 5–8 years of B2B conference experience, including time in a senior or lead capacity.Roles and ResponsibilitiesContent and Agenda StrategyDefine the editorial direction for multiple conferences running concurrently. Conduct market and industry research to identify high-impact themes, and translate those into commercially relevant, well-structured agendas that stand out in the market.Speaker Acquisition and Relationship ManagementLead outreach to C-suite executives, senior practitioners, and recognised industry voices. Manage the full speaker journey from initial approach through to briefing and on-site coordination. Build a lasting network that strengthens Tradepass' standing as a platform for serious industry dialogue.End-to-End Event OwnershipOwn the production timeline and delivery of events from brief to wrap-up. Coordinate across content, logistics, sponsorship, and marketing workstreams, resolving dependencies and keeping all stakeholders aligned.Content and CopywritingOversee the creation of all event-facing content — agendas, speaker bios, campaign emails, brochures, and website copy. Maintain a consistent tone and messaging that supports audience acquisition and ticket sales.Team Leadership and DevelopmentManage and mentor junior and mid-level producers. Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and support the team's growth. Establish production standards and ways of working that scale across the portfolio.Commercial ContributionPartner with sponsorship and delegate sales teams to ensure content strategy supports revenue targets. Track key metrics — speaker conversion, delegate satisfaction, content engagement — and use insights to improve future events.Portfolio GrowthIdentify new event opportunities, formats, and markets in collaboration with senior leadership. Contribute to shaping the long-term direction of the Tradepass events portfolio.On-Site Event ManagementAct as the senior production lead on-site at the events. Oversee the run-of-show, manage speakers and session chairs, and serve as the primary point of escalation for any issues on the day.What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of B2B conference production experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role
- Strong knowledge of the technology sector and the ability to spot commercially valuable topics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-event workloads under deadline pressure
- Confidence engaging with senior industry stakeholders and building lasting professional relationships
- Experience managing or mentoring a team
- Analytical mindset with an eye for both content quality and commercial performance
- Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate qualification an advantage
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
