Position: Process Coordinator (PC)
Job Summary:
The Process Coordinator will ensure smooth day-to-day operations by monitoring processes, following up on tasks, maintaining records, and coordinating administrative and production support activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate overall operational activities and ensure smooth execution of processes.
- Monitor systems and employee task completion to maintain operational discipline.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely submission of daily reports.
- Track and report status updates to management.
- Monitor scrap and waste management activities in production.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and pantry staff as per approved checklists.
- Create and maintain checklists, formats, trackers, and reports using Word and Excel.
- Utilize basic AI tools to improve documentation and productivity.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance activities for office facilities and production machinery.
- Maintain records related to maintenance, operations, and process compliance.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Basic knowledge of AI productivity tools.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or process coordination.
- Experience in manufacturing/interior industry will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
