Edubex is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to join our remote team. In this role, you will interact with prospective students, understand their educational goals, recommend suitable academic programs, and guide them through the admission and enrollment process. Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and understand their academic and career goals.
- Recommend suitable courses and guide students through the admission process.
- Follow up with prospective students via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Maintain accurate student records and manage interactions using CRM tools.
- Resolve student queries promptly while achieving counseling and enrollment targets.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with at least 6 months of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal, counseling, and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Candidates based in Kerala will be preferred.
