Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordination with all Departments (Internally / Externally).
- Register patients and update demographic details accurately in the hospital system.
- Preparing Daily MIS.
- Ensuring smooth patient flow.
- Schedule, reschedule, and manage doctor appointments.
- Guide patients regarding consultation flow, billing counters, and departments.
- Minimizing the patient time and process.
- Coordinating with patients till they walk out.
- Handle patient enquiries, phone calls, and basic information requests.
- Maintaining Registers in Consultation room and Investigation Room.
- Maintain patient records, files, and front office documentation.
- Focus on patient satisfaction and quality.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
