We are looking for Community outreach people who would oversee the planning and implementation of outreach strategies. They are primarily responsible for connecting people to the broader community by creating sponsorship agreements and cultivating relationships with businesses, individuals, and other relevant organisations.
Key responsibilities
- Build a team of outreach consisting of the leading interns and employees.
- Set, plan, and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies. Respond to Stakeholders promptly.
- Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews.
- Organise and manage events to boost brand awareness.
- Coordinate with Marketing, PR, Communications, Development, Creative and Sales departments.
- Build relationships with stakeholders(communities, colleges) and industry professionals.
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
- Maintain constant communication and coordination with POCs, Team, and Collaborators to ensure proper outreach of the organisation.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
- Grow the efficiency of existing organisational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organisation's internal capacity.
- Actively pursue strategic and outreach objectives.
- Execute online and offline projects and coordinate with the relevant stakeholders.
- Manage timely data collection to update metrics to achieve productivity targets for the community.
- Oversee all deliverables to reach on time.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree (preferably in a technical field) is required.
- Proven experience in outreach and community management.
- Proven experience in stakeholder and team management.
- Excellent understanding of working in the community, PR and relevant skills for cross functionality between various domains of the organisation.
- Relevant skills for working with marketing tools will be prefered.
