Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Trainer specializing in Financial Literacy and Entrepreneurship. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, hands-on experience with AI tools, and proficiency in design platforms like Canva. This role involves delivering engaging training sessions, developing learning materials, and empowering individuals with practical financial and entrepreneurial skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training programs on financial literacy, business development, and entrepreneurship.
- Simplify complex financial concepts into practical, easy-to-understand modules.
- Facilitate interactive workshops, seminars, and group sessions.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and visual content using Canva and AI tools.
- Incorporate AI-based tools to enhance learning experiences and productivity.
- Assess participant progress and provide feedback and mentorship.
- Stay updated with industry trends in finance, entrepreneurship, and digital tools.
- Build strong relationships with participants through effective interpersonal engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a trainer, educator, or facilitator in financial literacy or entrepreneurship.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, budgeting, savings, investments, and small business management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation platforms) for content creation and training enhancement.
- Hands-on experience with Canva for designing training materials and presentations.
- Ability to simplify concepts and deliver impactful learning experiences.
- Should have own laptop and willing to travel.
