Job Summary:

As a GET, you will undergo structured training across various departments, gain hands-on experience in operations, and develop technical and managerial skills essential for long-term growth in the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior engineers and managers in day-to-day operations and technical tasks.
- Participate in on-the-job training, workshops, and departmental rotations.
- Learn and apply company standards, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Work on real-time projects and support the execution of engineering tasks.
- Analyze data, prepare technical reports, and present findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve operational or technical issues.
- Continuously upgrade technical skills and knowledge relevant to your domain.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.E. / B.Tech in [Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Civil / Computer Science / etc.]
Career Path:
· Trainees who successfully complete the program may be considered for full-time roles such as Junior Engineer, Project Engineer, or Shift In-Charge, depending on performance and organizational requirements.
