Placement Manager Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing campus recruitment and placement activities for students across all programs.
Builds strong corporate relationships, enhances placement quality, and creates career opportunities aligned with the university’s standards.
Key Responsibility
Manage full placement process: internships, live projects, and final jobs.
Improve job profiles, salary levels, recruiter diversity, and industry reach.
Build and maintain recruiter network; add new companies annually.
Leverage alumni and professional contacts for opportunities.
Prepare placement brochures, student profiles, and recruiter kits.
Organize pre-placement talks, career workshops, and recruitment drives.
Collect employer feedback to guide student development and curriculum updates.
Track and report placement data and trends.
Travel to meet recruiters and represent the university at industry events.
Reports to Head/General Manager – Placements (CIR).
