1. Cleanliness & Hygiene Maintenance
- Ensure complete cleanliness of dining area, kitchen support areas, washrooms, and entrance.
- Regular sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitization of floors, tables, chairs, and surfaces.
- Maintain strict hygiene standards as per FSSAI guidelines.
- Immediate cleaning of spills, food waste, and used utensils.
2. Table Turnaround & Guest Area Upkeep
- Clean and reset tables quickly after each guest.
- Ensure tables are properly arranged with required items (tissues, condiments).
- Maintain neat and presentable dining ambiance at all times.
3. Washroom Maintenance
- Clean washrooms at regular intervals (hourly checks).
- Ensure availability of soap, tissue, handwash, and fresh smell.
- Report any plumbing or maintenance issues immediately.
4. Waste Management
- Segregate wet and dry waste properly.
- Dispose garbage as per schedule and local guidelines.
- Ensure dustbins are cleaned, lined, and odor-free.
5. Kitchen Support Cleaning
- Assist in cleaning kitchen utensils, floors, and prep areas when required.
- Maintain hygiene in dishwashing and waste disposal zones.
- Follow basic food safety practices while handling kitchen areas.
6. Stock & Supplies Monitoring
- Keep track of cleaning materials (phenyl, detergents, mops, cloths).
- Inform supervisor before stock runs out.
- Use cleaning chemicals safely and efficiently.
7. Equipment Handling
- Proper use and maintenance of cleaning tools and equipment.
- Report any damage or malfunction immediately.
8. Compliance & Safety
- Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation SOPs.
- Use gloves, uniforms, and safety gear properly.
- Avoid any unsafe practices (wet floors without signage, etc.).
9. Team Coordination
- Coordinate with service staff for quick table cleaning.
- Support team during peak hours.
- Follow instructions from supervisor/manager.
10. Discipline & Grooming
- Maintain personal hygiene and clean uniform.
- Be punctual and follow shift timings.
- Display polite behavior with staff and guests.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
