Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Class Management
- Teach a minimum of 4 online batches and 2 offline batches as assigned by the institution.
- Conduct classes regularly and ensure smooth, effective delivery of all sessions.
- Follow the institution’s lesson plans and adhere strictly to the prescribed curriculum.
- Help each student learn abacus skills effectively, accurately, and with confidence.
- Maintain a positive, engaging, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Conduct compensation classes and extra classes whenever required to ensure curriculum completion and student support.
- Encourage students to practice regularly to improve speed, accuracy, and confidence.
Student Development
- Monitor student progress and provide regular guidance, encouragement, and constructive feedback.
- Support students in achieving their learning goals through personalized attention and motivation.
- Share timely student progress updates and feedback with the concerned authorities as instructed.
Training & Professional Development
- Complete all required training levels and become fully GMC-trained as per institutional guidelines.
- Attend and actively participate in training, workshops, and upskilling sessions conducted by the institute.
- Stay updated with teaching methodologies, curriculum changes, and institutional standards.
Reporting & Compliance
- Report to the assigned QA Head and Student Development Manager.
- Submit class reports, student feedback, and other required updates on time.
- Adhere to all institutional policies, teaching standards, and code of conduct.
Competition Support
- Conduct a minimum of 3–4 special practice classes per week (online and offline) during center-level, state-level, national, and international competitions.
- Encourage and motivate all eligible students to actively participate in competitions.
- Provide additional guidance and preparation support to competition participants.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant field.
- Proven teaching experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles.
- Proficiency in using digital tools, online teaching platforms, and educational technology.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
