Resident Warden for Premium Ladies Living
We are looking for a smart, responsible, and caring In-charge to manage our upcoming Premium Ladies Living facility near InfoPark, Kakkanad, Kochi.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day operations
* Assist residents and handle enquiries
* Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and support staff
* Manage admissions, records, and resident communication
* Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment
* Handle basic administrative and operational tasks
Requirements:
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and leadership abilities
* Basic computer knowledge
* Experience in hospitality, residential management, administration, or customer service is preferred
