About the Role
We are looking for a motivated sales & marketing executive to drive business growth in the defense and aerospace manufacturing sector. If you enjoy building client relationships, understanding technical products, and closing deals, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and field visits
Present and demonstrate our products to prospective customers
Handle sales negotiations and convert leads into long-term clients
Manage vendor registration on government portals (GeM, CPP Portal, etc.)
Coordinate and submit tender documentation within deadlines
Maintain sales records and prepare basic performance reports
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity
What We're Looking For
B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Familiarity with MS Office and e-tendering platforms
Willingness to travel for client visits and exhibitions
