Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Field Marketing Executive to promote our products and services, generate new business opportunities, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets through on-field marketing and direct client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Meet prospective customers and conduct face-to-face product or service presentations.
Promote the company's products and services within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Negotiate pricing and service terms with clients and close sales effectively.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Collect market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and provide customer feedback to management.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and daily field visits.
Represent the company professionally while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
Requirements
Minimum Education: Graduation
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
Familiarity with local routes and market areas.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused attitude.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on Interview & Experience)
