Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Executive to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure, provide technical assistance to users, and ensure the smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and software applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of IT systems and security practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and peripherals.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and data recovery procedures.
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal uptime and security.
- Maintain IT inventory, asset records, and software licenses.
- Assist in implementing cybersecurity policies and security controls.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware procurement, maintenance, and support.
- Prepare IT documentation, reports, and standard operating procedures.
- Support the setup and maintenance of meeting rooms, video conferencing systems, and office IT equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking concepts, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, antivirus solutions, and backup systems is preferred.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
