Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor labor productivity and optimize manpower utilization.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
- Maintain site discipline and enforce safety regulations.
- Identify and report site issues, delays, and resource requirements.
- Maintain daily work progress records and labor attendance.
- Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness at the construction site.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Relevant Technical Qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
- Higher Secondary education with relevant experience may also be considered.
Experience
- 2–6 years of experience in civil construction projects.
- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects preferred.
- Proven experience in supervising construction workers and subcontractors.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Pay: ₹12,077.28 - ₹35,631.59 per month
