What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Career Counseling & Consulting: Connect with prospective students via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to deeply understand their career aspirations and map them to CORNIXE’s industry-leading programs.
- Lead Conversion Master: Actively manage, qualify, and nurture inbound leads, transforming initial curiosity into successful student enrollments.
- Pipeline Management: Cultivate a robust sales pipeline, perform engaging program walkthroughs, and consistently crush monthly enrollment benchmarks.
- Relationship Building: Act as a trusted advisor to students, parents, and institutional partners, ensuring a seamless and welcoming onboarding experience.
- Market Ambassadorship: Represent CORNIXE at educational webinars, campus seminars, workshops, and high-impact promotional events.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead quality and enhance customer satisfaction metrics.
Who We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Education: Any Graduate degree. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Commerce (B.Com), Marketing, or Management is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: 0–3 years of proven experience in EdTech Sales, Inside Sales, Career Counseling, or Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Communication Superpower: Fluent, clear, and highly persuasive verbal and written communication skills.
- Mindset: A high-energy self-starter who thrives in a target-driven, fast-paced environment and views "objections" as opportunities to close.

- Volume of high-quality leads engaged and qualified.
- Final student enrollment conversion rates and revenue generation.
- Consistency in meeting and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets.
