Key Responsibilities Areas:
- Monitor and audit inbound/outbound telecalling conversations
- Evaluate call quality based on predefined parameters (communication, pitch, objection handling, closure)
- Analyze how leads are handled by telecallers across different branches
- Identify gaps in follow-ups, conversions, and customer handling
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports (MIS) for management
- Provide feedback and coaching to telecallers to improve performance
- Suggest and implement strategies to improve lead conversion rates
- Coordinate with branch teams to ensure process adherence
- Step in to handle critical or high-value leads when required
- Maintain call audit scorecards and quality benchmarks
Skills Required:
- Good understanding of sales funnel and lead management
- Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting (Excel, dashboards)
- 3-5 years experience in telecalling, inside sales, or QA role
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Experience in Real Estate tale sales/sales
- Experience in telecalling/inside sales / call auditing
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Ability to identify performance gaps.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
