We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Assistant to support our manpower deployment operations during competitive examinations across India. The role involves close coordination with ground teams managing Jammers & CCTV installations and monitoring, ensuring smooth execution, accurate documentation, and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily with ground staff and field supervisors during exam projects.
- Track manpower deployment schedules for installation and monitoring of Jammers & CCTV.
- Maintain attendance records (GPS selfies, installation forms, feedback forms).
- Verify and compile signed feedback reports from Centre Incharges.
- Provide real-time updates to the coordination team and management.
- Assist in preparing compliance reports, billing summaries, and deployment trackers.
- Handle queries from ground teams and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling exam-related documentation.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Ability to coordinate under pressure and meet strict timelines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in back-office or coordination roles is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and eagerness to learn may also apply.
