We are looking for a motivated and professional HR Executive with up to 1 year of experience to support our Human Resources operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
- Support attendance, leave, and payroll activities
- Handle employee queries and maintain positive workplace communication
- Assist in HR policies, engagement activities, and daily HR operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 0–1 year of HR experience or internship experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR processes
- Organized, professional, and detail-oriented

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
