Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HRBP to join our night shift team. This role is integral to supporting our employees’ career growth, handling grievances, and fostering a positive work environment. The HRBP will play a key role in managing the Employee Growth Plan for night shift employees, as well as organizing team engagement activities like Fun Fridays etc. The ideal candidate will be approachable, enthusiastic, and able to cultivate a culture of motivation and support within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Growth and Development:
- Facilitating career development of employees
- Supporting managers in creating Individual Growth Plans for employees, outlining skills development, training opportunities, and milestones.
- Participating in manager-employee meetings to ensure clear understanding of career paths and company growth opportunities.
- Monitoring the implementation of growth plans, conducting regular reviews and feedback sessions.
- Employee Engagement:
- Creating and maintaining a positive, engaging work environment.
- Organizing and leading fun team-building activities, such as Fun Fridays.
- Fostering open communication to ensure employees feel supported in their roles and career aspirations.
- Employee Relations and Grievance Handling:
- Serving as a trusted point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring timely and fair resolution.
- Creating a supportive environment where employees feel comfortable discussing challenges or concerns.
- Payroll and Attendance:
- Overseeing payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Monitoring attendance records, addressing any discrepancies or concerns proactively.
- Ongoing Support and Monitoring:
- Conducting regular check-ins with employees to review their progress, address challenges, and adjust growth plans as needed.
- Collaborating with managers and HR to review and update employee development plans quarterly.
- Celebrating employee milestones and achievements to maintain motivation and reinforce the company's commitment to internal promotion.
- Cultural Alignment:
- Acting as a culture champion, reinforcing the company’s values and fostering a positive work environment.
- Providing regular feedback to management on employee morale and suggestions for improvement.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- PG / Master degree in Human Resources Management , or a related field.
- Strong analytical, leadership, planning, and people management skills.
- Proven experience in HR, particularly in employee relations, grievance handling, and payroll processing.
- Strong background in employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Ability to work in a night shift environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
- A caring and approachable nature to effectively support employees.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
