Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented business development executive to join our factoHR team. The ideal candidate should possess strong logical thinking, excellent English communication skills, and powerful convincing abilities to drive sales for our HR tech solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, lead generation strategies, marketing channels, partners, references, and self-generated leads.
- Understand client requirements and confidently present factoHR product solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features clearly and logically.
- Maintain strong follow-up to convert leads into clients.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain CRM updates, sales reports, and activity logs.
- Ensure maximum customer satisfaction and resolve issues with minimal escalations.
- Achieve sales targets for existing and new products in the assigned market.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Strong logical reasoning and understanding of tech-based solutions.
- Strong convincing, objection-handling, and negotiation skills.
- Confident presentation and client engagement abilities.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate or MBA (Marketing/HR preferred).
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
Experience Preference (For Experienced Candidates)
- Candidates must have experience in the IT industry.
- Prior experience in product-based sales is mandatory.
- Strong BDE skills in lead generation, product pitching, demos, and closing deals.
