Key Responsibilities
1. Regional Partner Growth & Business Impact
Drive business growth of assigned Tally Partners through training and enablement initiatives.
Increase the number of active and performing partners in the region. Monitor partner performance
and create growth action plans. Support partners in achieving revenue and business objectives.
2. Program Ownership & Execution
Plan, execute, and monitor programs such as Saksham, TX, IWP, BEP, LMP, CP and other
strategic initiatives. Ensure timely activation and completion of all planned programs. Track
program effectiveness and submit periodic reports. Maintain more than 90% adherence to
approved program plans.
3. Partner Enablement & Capability Building
Conduct training, workshops, mentoring sessions, and capability-building initiatives. Improve
partner knowledge, skills, and certification success rates. Ensure high participant satisfaction and
learning outcomes. Gather feedback and continuously improve training delivery.
4. Internal Team Leadership & Productivity
Lead and mentor trainers and program execution teams. Monitor team productivity and utilization.
Ensure optimum resource planning and deployment. Drive a culture of performance, accountability,
and continuous learning.
5. Revenue Enablement & Target Achievement
Support regional revenue growth through training-led initiatives. Drive partner engagement
programs that contribute to business conversion. Track target versus achievement and take
corrective actions where required. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Tally
solutions.
6. Stakeholder Management & Relationship Excellence
Build strong relationships with Tally teams, Channel Partners, and key stakeholders. Ensure regular
communication and review meetings. Address partner concerns and improve engagement levels.
Increase repeat participation in programs and initiatives.
7. Operational Excellence & SLA Compliance
Ensure timely closure of escalations and partner queries. Maintain reporting accuracy and timely
submission of reports. Follow defined SOPs and operational guidelines. Achieve and maintain SLA
compliance of 95% or above.
