Job Summary
Radnus Communication is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to support and execute marketing activities that enhance brand awareness and generate business opportunities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, creative, and willing to work in both field and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Promote the company's products and services.
- Generate business leads through online and offline marketing.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Manage social media platforms and digital promotions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.
- Prepare daily and weekly marketing activity reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing.
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel for field marketing activities when required.
