Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Media Manager to oversee and manage all media-related activities of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing media strategies, managing digital and traditional media campaigns, coordinating with agencies, and enhancing brand visibility across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing and social media campaigns.
- Manage relationships with media agencies, vendors, and advertising partners.
- Create and oversee content for social media, websites, and promotional materials.
- Monitor media coverage and analyze campaign performance metrics.
- Coordinate press releases, public relations activities, and brand communications.
- Manage advertising budgets and optimize media spending.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging media platforms.
- Lead and mentor the media and marketing team.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in media management, digital marketing, branding, or communications.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content marketing, SEO, and digital advertising.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in media planning and analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling corporate branding and promotional campaigns.
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is an added advantage.
- Strong networking and stakeholder management abilities.

Salary will be commensurate with experience and industry standards.
