Hiring: Senior Payroll Executive (Spine Software Expert)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Executive with strong hands-on experience in Spine Payroll Software and in-depth knowledge of salary structure & salary formula calculations.
The ideal candidate must be confident in handling complete payroll processing along with statutory compliance, salary breakups, CTC structuring, and payroll calculations with high accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Operations
- Manage complete end-to-end payroll processing
- Strong knowledge of salary formulae & structuring (CTC breakup, Gross, Net, deductions, employer/employee contributions)
- Configure and manage salary heads & formula settings in Spine Software
- Validate attendance, leave, overtime & variable inputs
- Process salary revisions, incentives, bonuses & Full & Final settlements
- Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement
Compliance & Statutory
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, TDS & Labour Laws
- Handle monthly, quarterly & annual statutory filings
- Coordinate with auditors & consultants for payroll audits
Payroll Reporting & MIS
- Prepare payroll reports & management dashboards
- Maintain salary structures & payroll documentation
- Support finance with payroll accounting & reconciliations
Process & Employee Support
- Ensure payroll as per company policies
- Resolve employee payroll queries & discrepancies
- Suggest payroll process improvements
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Spine Payroll Software (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of salary formula creation & payroll calculations
- Expertise in statutory compliance & labour laws
- Advanced Excel skills
- High attention to detail & confidentiality
- Strong communication & coordination skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
