Role Overview:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving IT Services and Product Sales . The role involves generating new business opportunities, onboarding new customers, managing OEM relationships and achieving defined revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within IT products and services
- Generate leads and onboard new customers
- Well-versed with GeM (Government E-Marketplace) and other e-tender portals
- Develop and maintain relationships with new clients to expand business opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and initiatives to drive growth and meet revenue targets
- Drive services and product sales in the assigned territory
- Ensure timely collection of receivables from customers while maintaining a healthy payment cycle.
Service Sales Responsibilities:
- Drive IT services sales including:
- AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)
- FMS (Facility Management Services)
- Managed IT Services
- IT Infrastructure Support Services
Product Sales Responsibilities:
- Handle IT product sales to enterprise and end users, including:
- Desktops, Laptops, Printers
- OEM Products (HP, Dell, Lenovo, etc.)
- Networking hardware (Switches, Routers, Access Points)
- Firewall and security solutions
- Achieve defined business plans and revenue goals
- Maintain cordial and strong relationships with OEMs, dealers, and customers
- Willingness to travel as and when required within the territory

- Excellent knowledge of IT Products & IT Services

- Strong coordination with OEMs and internal teams
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred)
- 5–8 years of experience in IT Products & Services Sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience handling Government & Enterprise clients
- Strong understanding of AMC, FMS, Managed Services business
- Experience working with leading OEM brands
- Proficiency in MS Office.
