Job Title: QC Executive
Location: Hyderabad - Sanath Nagar
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Control Management:
o Develop, implement, and monitor quality control processes and procedures to ensure that all finished goods meet specified standards.
o Oversee in-line and final inspections of garments to identify defects, non-conformities, and other quality-related issues.
o Coordinate with the production team to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
2. Quality Checks and Inspections:
o Perform random and scheduled quality checks at various stages of production, from raw materials to finished products.
o Establish and implement sampling plans, inspection levels, and testing methods based on industry standards and company guidelines.
o Ensure all products undergo thorough testing and are compliant with safety, durability, and quality standards.
3. Problem Resolution:
o Identify root causes of defects or non-conformities and collaborate with the production team to implement corrective actions.
o Document and report quality issues to the Quality Head and work proactively to prevent recurrence.
o Conduct follow-up inspections to verify the effectiveness of corrective measures.
4. Quality Reporting and Documentation:
o Maintain accurate records of inspections, defects, and corrective actions taken, ensuring traceability of products.
o Prepare and submit detailed quality reports to senior management, highlighting key quality issues and improvement initiatives.
o Monitor and analyze data to identify quality trends and develop action plans to enhance product quality.
5. Compliance and Standardization:
o Ensure that all quality control activities comply with internal standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
o Standardize inspection and testing methods across all stages of production to maintain consistency in quality.
o Keep abreast of industry developments and implement best practices in quality assurance.
6. Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with design, production, and merchandising teams to align quality control processes with product specifications.
Act as a liaison between the QC team and other departments, facilitating smooth communication regarding quality expectations.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials and outsourced processes meet company standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
