Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with prospective students, provide information about our courses, and generate admissions through effective follow-up and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Explain course details, fees, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and student interactions.
- Schedule counseling sessions for interested candidates.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and build positive relationships.
Requirements
- Plus Two / Any Degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
