Job Title: Kitchen Associate – Cooking Role (Freshers Welcome)
Job Summary
We are looking for a disciplined and responsible individual who is genuinely interested in cooking and can independently handle kitchen tasks.
The menu, ingredients, and preparation methods will be provided. The candidate must be able to follow instructions accurately and take ownership of daily kitchen operations.
This is not a helper position. The selected candidate will be expected to manage cooking tasks responsibly.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare dishes according to the given menu and standard recipes
- Handle ingredients, portioning, and cooking as instructed
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
- Manage daily prep work and ensure ingredients are ready on time
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Monitor stock levels and inform management when replenishment is required
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards strictly

We are looking for someone serious about building a career in cooking.
Only candidates who are disciplined, committed, and willing to take responsibility should apply. Candidates who have completed hotel management and are looking for internship opportunities are most welcome. You will be under probation period of 3 mother post which your status can be changed to an employee based on mutual interest and performance.
