Job Description:
Manage and drive sales operations within the assigned territory/region.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Handle distributor and dealer management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance.
Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Ensure proper market coverage and business expansion.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
