Job Title: Senior Manager – Set Design & Production

Swaaha Weddings & Experiences is looking for a highly creative and execution-oriented professional for the role of Senior Manager – Set Design & Production to lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of luxury wedding and experiential event environments.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong design sensibility, technical understanding of production, spatial visualization skills, and hands-on experience in executing large-scale wedding and social events.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts, mood boards, themes, and experiential environments for luxury weddings and events
- Design stage layouts, décor concepts, guest flow, installations, entry experiences, and venue transformations
- Coordinate with internal creative teams, production agencies, fabricators, lighting designers, florists, and vendors
- Translate client briefs into practical and executable design solutions
- Oversee 3D visualisation, technical drawings, and production detailing
- Conduct venue recce and spatial planning for event execution
- Supervise on-ground setup, styling, and final execution quality
- Ensure timelines, production standards, and creative consistency are maintained across projects
- Stay updated with global wedding, hospitality, luxury, theatre, and experiential design trends
- Work closely with Client Servicing & Operations teams for seamless project delivery
Software & Technical Skills Required
Candidate should have working knowledge and understanding of the following:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- 3Ds Max
- V-Ray / Corona Renderer
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Lumion (preferred)
- Rhino (preferred)
- Basic understanding of lighting plans, fabrication drawings, and production detailing
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5–10 years of experience in wedding, event, exhibition, experiential, theatre, or spatial design
- Strong understanding of luxury aesthetics and premium event environments
- Excellent spatial visualization and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Strong vendor coordination and on-ground execution capability
- Creative thinker with practical production understanding
- Willingness to travel and work on-site during events

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
