- Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership and Development: Hire, train, mentor, and motivate sales staff to achieve individual and team goals. Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to enhance skills and productivity. 2
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales plans, set quotas, assign territories, and monitor performance to meet or exceed revenue targets. Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns and promotions. 3
- Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics, analyze data, identify trends, and implement improvements to optimize sales processes and operational efficiency. 2
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecast revenue, and collaborate with finance to ensure accurate reporting and cost optimization. 1
- Customer and Market Engagement: Maintain relationships with key clients, resolve customer issues, and stay informed about market trends and competitor activity. 2
- Operational Improvement: Identify workflow inefficiencies, recommend system upgrades, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
