We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the company's financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, and provide strategic financial support to management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Finance & Accounts Department.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Ensure timely processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization to support business operations.
- Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
- Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other applicable regulations.
- Coordinate internal and statutory audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Manage banking operations, loan documentation, and relationships with financial institutions.
- Monitor inventory valuation, manufacturing costs, and cost accounting related to garment production.
- Review and approve purchase bills, expense claims, journal vouchers, and payment requests.
- Develop and implement financial controls, accounting policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Support management with financial analysis, profitability reports, and strategic decision-making.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor the accounts team while ensuring high standards of accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) – Mandatory.
- M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the garment, apparel, textile, or manufacturing industry.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime/ERP, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software.
- Thorough understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, payroll processing, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and cash flow management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
- Leadership skills with experience in managing and developing finance teams.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
