Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, promoting the organization's financial products and services, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
✅ Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
✅ Promote Fixed Deposits, Savings Schemes, Loans, and other financial products.
✅ Achieve business targets through customer acquisition and retention.
✅ Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
✅ Maintain customer records and ensure timely service delivery.
✅ Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments.
✅ Support branch operations and marketing activities.
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
✔ Customer-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
✔ Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
