Role and Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision: Define the vision, roadmap, and objectives for client’s post purchase services, aligning with the company’s post-purchase and data strategy goals. Drive along with engineering teams to support a range of features across order tracking, returns, exchanges, customer communications, and loyalty engagement, leveraging user transaction data. Translate client’s digital transformation goals into actionable technical product strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, streamline processes, and maximize data utility.
Services Product Development: Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement data pipelines, storage, and retrieval systems that ensure high data integrity, security, and accessibility. Lead data architecture discussions, focusing on enabling a scalable, performant backend that supports real-time insights and data-driven decision-making. Define and prioritize product requirements, balancing business and technical considerations to ensure smooth product delivery and scalability.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with product, analytics, and engineering teams across client’s global tech hubs to ensure the data hub meets diverse requirements for post-purchase use cases. Serve as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, clearly articulating product capabilities, limitations, and opportunities.
Compliance, Privacy, and Security: Ensure that the data hub complies with all regulatory requirements, including data privacy, data security, and data residency mandates in multiple regions. Work with security and legal teams to ensure ongoing compliance with industry standards and regulations related to handling customer data.
Performance & Continuous Improvement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the data hub’s success, such as uptime, response time, data latency, and usage statistics. Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement, working to optimize data accessibility, reliability, and speed to enhance post-purchase experiences.
Pay: ₹16,707.07 - ₹63,292.51 per month
