As a Solutions Engineer, you are at the forefront of Skan’s go-to-market motion — leading value-based solutioning for prospects and customers, and championing efforts to secure business and technical wins in a market increasingly shaped by AI. You will engage cross-functional teams throughout the sales journey, translate complex AI and process intelligence concepts into compelling business narratives, and have a tangible impact on customer decisions at every level of seniority. You will help build and deepen relationships with key leaders at Skan and at our customers as we grow. For this position, we are looking for remote candidates located in the United States and Canada.
What you will do at Skan:
- Build, maintain, and continuously evolve a library of demo scripts and proof-of-concept assets, organized by industry, persona, and use case
- Customize and deliver compelling, industry-specific demos and presentations to prospective customers and partners across our 3 platforms: Blueprint, Intelligence, and Agentic
- Establish technical and strategic credibility by translating Skan’s AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes through custom demonstrations, technical Q&A, process discovery workshops, and product roadmap discussions
- Develop deep expertise in Skan’s platform and stay current on evolving customer use cases across industries through regular collaboration with product, engineering, and customer success teams
- Partner with product management to channel prospect feedback into the product roadmap and rapidly master new platform capabilities as they ship
- Partner with product marketing teams to help create case studies and provide proof points with relevant customer success stories
- Participate in trade shows, seminars, and other industry events on an as needed basis
What you will bring to Skan:
- A minimum of six years of experience in a customer-facing role with exposure in strong sales & technical pre-sales, preferably in a high-growth environment
- A minimum of four years of experience selling or supporting enterprise SaaS solutions to F1000 companies, with a focus on task mining, process mining, and/or RPA
- Proficient in value creation sales motion to senior-level enterprise customers, and an ability to influence customer teams from individual contributors to senior-level executives
- Build and maintain customer relationships that will be significantly leveraged in driving long-term success
- Proactive listening skills and excellent presentation skills
- Ability to execute and see tasks to conclusion
- Strong work ethic and a desire to work with an experienced, motivated leadership team focused on creating a significantly sized company in a short timeframe
