We're hiring an Accounting Executive II to join our Finance team and play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, statutory compliance, and operational excellence.

Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST

What You'll Do: Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Perform bank, vendor, customer, General Ledger, and credit card reconciliations Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, profitability reports, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, labour laws, and other statutory regulations Assist in statutory, tax, and internal audits with audit-ready documentation Maintain accurate financial records using ERP systems Improve accounting workflows, reporting, and internal controls Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide timely financial insights
What You Bring: 3–5 years of experience in core accounting B.Com or M.Com qualification Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) Hands-on experience in AP, AR, General Ledger accounting, and reconciliations Experience in financial closing, MIS reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, labour law compliances, and statutory audits Hands-on experience with Tally or Zoho Books Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, logical functions, financial reporting) Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have: Experience with SAP or Oracle NetSuite Exposure to accounting automation tools or Excel Macros Experience in process improvement and strengthening internal controls Prior experience in IT/ITES, Consulting, Shared Services, Professional Services, or Audit firms Passion for digital finance transformation and automation
